True Ground is born out of a love for play and design. After 6 years in the industry Sean Davies started True Ground to become a one stop shop for your playground equipment needs. We offer both custom playground designs as well as installing prefabricated playgrounds to be able to deliver playgrounds that suit your space. We also offer landscaping services and soft finishes to complete your project meaning you only have one person to deal with instead of multiple service providers. Our team is dedicated to creating safe and imaginative play spaces that inspire children and bring communities together. With a focus on quality and creativity, we strive to exceed your expectations and deliver exceptional playground solutions to suit you.
Our Design Process
At True Ground, we believe in a collaborative approach to playground design. We work closely with our clients to understand their vision and requirements. Every project has a different space and budget to work with, we help you to understand what is possible for your space and look to maximise the offerings available, to ensure you get the most out of your space. Safety is a priority and all our playgrounds are designed and manufactured by us to meet Australian compliance regulations. From initial concept development to the final installation, our process is designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
Consultation
We meet with you to discuss the playground of your dreams and offer suggestions and ideas to suit your project.
Quoting
We then create an itemised quote and work within the budget you have, to deliver a space that is both functional and fun. Once the quote has been accepted we will schedule the project.
Installation
We create a project delivery schedule including an expected start and completion date. We then go ahead and begin installing your project ensuring your updated with any changes.
Maintenance
We then work with you on a maintenance schedule to ensure your playground remains in the best possible condition.
